Near to Hobbiton. The home was wonderfully decorated with good spaces for our bags and clothes. Appreciated the information sheet that gave us ideas of where we could eat. Nice outdoor space in the back to have a meal, and enjoy the view of the woods. Loved seeing the horse! it was also nice to have access to the pool if we wanted. The hosts were kind and thoughtful.

Well situated close to Tamahere central area, walking paths, yet in a quiet area that felt like you were in the country. The main cottage was also very well stocked with items and the breakfast provided was more then ample.

It was new, very clean and only 20 minutes from the lake. There’s a great restaurant only 6km from the house, The Boundry. There are several little shops in the same strip as the restaurant.

A warm, inviting and comfortable space, even for a tiny space! Lynley has ensured lots of attention to detail. This little unit is right on the Te Awa cycleway which suited us perfectly. It's comfortable and very clean. The owner had left milk, coffee and a selection of teas which was very thoughtful. There's a washing machine and space to hang out washing.

Perfect for what we needed - accommodation for a long weekend for me, my wife and son. We were in the area to visit Cambridge, and in particular a rowing regatta at Lake Karapiro. The accommodation was comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay.
