Self-Catering Accommodations in Pagamikan

The room was very spacious. It also smelled very good and it was super clean, definitely recommend this place.

Clean, easy check in, AC on upon arrival, snacks and some cold drinks ready for weary travelers, soft cosy music on. Really feels like the appartment was prepared for the guests. Very professional.

everything was good and the staff were really kind and accomodating to us. also the ambiance and the cleanliness is really good. No hassle in parking as well. No hassle in check in nor check out and a very accessible to the mall as well.

What I liked most about the property was how smooth and hassle-free everything was from check-in to check-out. The place was clean, comfortable, and very relaxing. I also appreciated how helpful and responsive the staff/agent was through messages, which made the whole stay even better

I like the Location, just side of Abreeza, The building is really designed for luxury hotel, Room is so big and bed, Sofa so nice and so clean!

property is attached to Aeon Staycation suite hotel didnt realize that its a different management , and hard to contact the person involve to escort you in tower

We had a large group in our family 25+ the property was very accommodating ..

This is a great studio with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. It is a studio, so there would not be enough room for more than 2 people. The space was clean, tidy and the bathroom is modern. Communication with Estrella was great from check in to check out. She was always quick to respond to any inquiry. Highly recommend this Chic and Affordable studio, and we will stay again the next time in Davao.

The unit was perfect for our stay!

What you see is what you get, spacious and aesthetic.

Great host and a very easy, hassle-free experience.

Very clean, great aircon, great location.

The place, the set up. The price and the owner. Its worth it

The bed was comfortable—a safe compound with a security guard. Water is provided in the room. The host was kind and responsive.

The place is clean & cozy. And the guards are helpful and respectful to every one

It'spacious, location was near a public market, and it was very clean. I'm with my family with 2 senior citizens and they really like that the condo was complete with amenities.

Two bedroom unit is good for friends on a weekend trip. Like a house, there are appliances for use. Very near to the airport and seaport to Samal Island.

First of all the owner was very accomodating and approachable. Secondly, the unit is clean and neat. Then, the condo is situated in a very serene location. Thank you for accomodating us. Till next time.

The owner is very down-to-earth. The aircons are very cold, I.love it!
