Self-Catering Accommodations in Sinalhan

Accessibility, accommodating staff, precise unit based on what is posted.

Location was good for us, we like that a 7 eleven was downstairs for quick items like water. Lots of space and really liked the balcony.

From the moment we arrived, the owner was very accommodating, making sure everything was in order. The unit was clean, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a hygiene kit and a welcome food basket waiting for us. All the appliances were working perfectly, and both the bedroom and living area were well-maintained and comfortable. Whenever we had a question, the host responded quickly and clearly. The guards were friendly and helpful, and we also felt safe the entire time, the place is very secure. The price was very reasonable for the quality of the space and service. I definitely recommend Moana’s Place.

The place is clean, it made my stay comfortable and relaxing. The staff is kind. I'll definitely come back.

The best stay here accessible to all areas and it is infront of SM City Sta Rosa. Host was very approcable and kind over all best experience ☺

Owner is pro-active. I booked this location by mistake but found a hidden gem in the process. The unit was clean, spacious and had a kitchenette. the bathroom had good hot water. The batteries were dead in the TV remote and the owner dropped replacement batteries off a short time later. The pool was nice and large with outside showers and a CR/changing room in the pool area. The SMDC property is new with only 2 of 14 buildings constructed at this time. The building has a good elevator but each building has only 5 floors so that helps. We were also able to check in an hour early. There were very few occupants which kept the place quiet too. The location is by Sta Rosa Mall in laguna near Brent school. The mall has plenty of local and foreign eateries. You can walk to the mall in a minute or two from SMDC.

Space, cleanliness and SM Santa Rosa nearby.

The room is spacious for a family of 4. We have enjoyed our stay here especially the access to pool the next day.

Staff are great. Easy to contact and very accomodating.
