United KingdomThe instructions on how to access the keys from the key safe located just by the front door were clearly communicated to us, however the
owner/ the host promptly answered our call (on Saturday afternoon) and did not mind explaining it again. He also met us outside and welcomed us into a brand new apartment, furnsihed in modern and stylish style complete with conveniences us a coffee maker. The host was very friendly and thoughtful. We were really impressed that he made sure that the apartment was child proofed beforehand (he remembered that we were travelling with three year olds). The host made sure that we have everything we need and we have everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. A dishwasher and even more importantly (not only when you are travelling with children) a washing machine was provided! The host thought about smallest detail such as dishwasher tables, selection of teas and milk for the tea in the fridge! Should there be anything else, the host's help was only a phonecall away. It was a bit of a homecoming for me. I grew up in Plock and used to get fresh rolls and sweet drozdzowki from the bakery run by the host's family. I was astounded at a quality of the convention from the bakery into the apartments. The grocery corner shops were much closer than if we stayed in a sf catering apartment in the Old Town area. We will definately not be looking for anywhere else to stay in Plock next time we are in Plock. Absolutely fabulous. Donata Brazier

This was the nicest place we have stayed in. It was right in the center of town but isolated off the street and the noise it normally brings. The host spoke Polish and English and greeted us when we arrived. Everything we needed was there. It was immaculately clean. The large bed had one of the most comfortable foam mattresses we have ever slept on. The hosts were very helpful, quick to answer when we arrived and gave us great directions and instructions once we arrived. It was so quiet at night it was like sleeping in the woods instead of the city. There was coffee, tea and sweets when we arrived. The towels and bedding were freshly laundered and smelled wonderful.

Płock by day is a lovely flat in the centre of Płock, within walking distance to the old town - the promenade, city hall, cathedral, etc. Good grocery shops in the vicinity and many lovely cafe's and restaurants just around the corner. The flat itself can accommodate 2 people very comfortably, you could do with 3 if you like getting cozy ;) the kitchenette is equipped with most basic dishes, glasses, utensils, a pot and a pan, although the hostess has offered to bring more cookware if needed for our 9 day long stay.

Everything was great. The apartment is located in a wonderful building. The staircase and the entrance are so very beautiful. Great location as well. Close to the landmark cathedral, which is also a must see when you are in Plock.
