It’s modern, looks very nice, easy to find. The bed was super comfy and nice, also the big couch from the living room was super nice.

Exceptional place. Very clean and very comfortable. Really good quality on the condition. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very flexible access based on code and no key necessary.

Big enough 1-bedroom apartment. The bed was comfortable. It is close to the city center and located next to the river park. Wifi was strong.

I loved how the apartment was organized. I must notice the Genius 5.1 sound system, that one is a legend...very nice trip back in time.

The apartment we rented at Olimpia Residence was 1 bedroom+1 living room (with open space kitchen), for 3 friends to share. We found the place to be spotless, easy to access, getting the keys was straight forward as we got clear instructions from the host. The host was also nice enough to arrange for a second parking spot in the Residence private parking, though only one parking spot is typically assigned per apartment. The place had everything we needed, as advertised, plus a nice design, and good internet connection (to accommodate 2 people working and having video calls). The balcony (with a small table and chairs) was a nice bonus we were not expecting. The neighborhood it nice and quiet, mostly houses, it is lovely for a morning walk to the nearby market or to just get some freshly made ”plăcinte”. The city center is easy to access either walking (20-30 minutes, depending on where you are going) or by car. Will keep this place in mind for future stays in Satu Mare

Everything is brand new, the location is perfect, and the bar on the ground floor is just great!

The studio is very pleasant and clean. The host is nice and helpful. Good value for the price and it is close to everything. There is even a nice eating place right next door.
