Great pool area, fresh bread for a great price every morning, lots of wine offerings

It was comfortable, easy to find and well equipped, and very well located in the Vipava Valley - Lucija was very friendly and welcomed us with cherry tomatoes grown in her own garden.

Very clean, great hosts, recently renovated, with good taste, everything you need and more in the kitchen, parking in front of the apartment

Host-Magda waited for us even we arrive to property quite late. In the property you have everything you need, even more. I definitely recomend them!

Exceptionally pretty and perfectly maintained. You get the whole villa plus small park and garden. Complete privacy. Incomparable views.

A pleasant place with a friendly and responsive host Marjana.

Perfect location - in 1-2 hour drive to all possible great places of Slovenia and Italy. Very cozy, located in beautiful village, great barbecue zone.

Great location and very cosy glamping houses. Ours had a sauna and a big bathtub, perfect to realx in the evening after exploring and hiking. The terrace is especially beautiful in the mornings as it faces east, so perfect for breakfasts. There's a small pond and a outdoor fireplace etc. etc. Also, the host, Marko, is really friendly and has a lot of knowledge and ideas on how to spend your time in the area. We definitely recommend this glamping to everyone looking to relax!

The rooms were very cute, clean and cozy. There was a hot plate, kettle, coffee, sugar, cutlery, plates etc. They also had a complimentary bottle of red wine in each room. The deck in each room had an amazing view of the valley. We were a group of 10 that arrived and found out that no restaurants were open that day for dinner so the staff provided us with delicious pizza and drinks! Breakfast was included and it was great.

The property is in a beautiful location with a garden offering views of the surrounding fields, vineyards, and mountains in the distance. The village is walkable and quiet. The house offers a sauna and garden seating, in addition to modern bathrooms and an overall cozy atmosphere.

the view and hospitality, rakija, vino. All is perfect.

The views from the flat were gorgeous, and its location really gave us an opportunity to unwind in nature. Close proximity to an amazing top tier winery. Daphne and Wouter (and their beloved dog, Sjaak) were incredible hosts and just lovely souls! Their passion for hosting and Slovenia really shines through in all the little touches. The breakfast provisions were delicious as well!

Newly built house with all facilities needed for a big family. Very comfortable place with excellent view.

We had a four-day stay at villa Zavino in August as part of a longer trip where we stayed in seven different places, and this was easily the most successful and enjoyable stay of the entire trip. The house is truly beautiful, with a tasteful, modern-rustic design. It's clear that no expense was spared, from the high-quality appliances and thoughtful lighting to the overall design and finishing touches. It even had a PlayStation, games, and a full-size snooker room, which were a huge plus. When we arrived, the fridge was stocked with food and treats as a welcome gift, which was an amazing and thoughtful touch. Communication with the host was excellent and very pleasant throughout our stay. We were genuinely sad to leave this place. We highly recommend it!
