Nice and super new hotel - it doesn’t show up on yandex yet! Very clean and comfortable room. Good wifi. The breakfast spread was generous and had a lot of options. The young man who manages the place speaks good English and is very friendly and attentive. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Only a one minute walk from the main road and 12 minute walk to Old Town!

Very friendly host, experienced in traditional banya (sauna) that you can arrange. Great and clean pool, good breakfast and big rooms.

Great location, right by Labi Houz. Great staff, they were very kind and ready to help with anything we wanted, after we asked them they arranged for a driver to take us to nearby attractions outside of Bukhara proper for an affordable price. Breakfast was tasty and sufficient even if it was quite humble.

Modern facilities, clean toilets, fully stocked kitchen, great location - close to the main attractions, wonderful and helpful and polite staff - I had a very happy and comfortable stay here.

The hotel is brand new and really does look like the photos on the booking page (as of August 2026). The hotel is a family-run business, and they go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable during your stay. Our room was spacious, and the bed was very big and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, and the room is beautifully decorated. We enjoyed our afternoons in the swimming pool, which is available 24/7, and the cozy courtyard with a seating area where you can enjoy tea. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The receptionist speaks perfect English and Russian and can give local recommendations for food and other services. The location is a bit outside the old town, just a 15-20 minute walk but the advantage for us as adventure types is that everything around had a local feeling without any tourists around. Close to the hotel are plenty of restaurants, you can see a few nice mosques around, and even part of the city walls and a beautiful old city gate. Breakfast was delicious, and the options were very numerous. Check-in and Check-out were very easy.

Mr Karim and his daughter were kind to me, the hostel is so clean, cozy, and near to most of the attractions, the breakfast was good, and Mr Karim even helped me with the laundry.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic. Very friendly and kind host . Perfect location in the heart of old city , you are just 2 minutes away from historical sightseeings of Bukhara . very clean and well equipped! I like it very much .

The location of hostel is good. The cleanliness is exceptional. The layout for 3 people is optimal. AC at 25 C cools the room. It’s one apartment setup for 1 family for not more than 3 people. My family liked it very much
