Self Catering Accommodation in Schwabing, Munich

This is a great place. I was there on a three-week business trip and felt right at home. The room was cozy and great to work in, and the kitchenette was fully equipped. The staff was lovely and helpful, and the atmosphere was calm and peaceful. Highly recommended!

Stayed at Hapato for a while and I must say I was satisfied with the welcoming staff, the service, housekeeping, and its excellent location. Everything is new, clean and comfortable, well equiped studio with tasteful design. The area is really nice, with many options for dinner and breakfast as well. Dragana from the reservation provided excellent service with professional courtesy beyond expectation.. Next time I am in Munich, I will only stay here ❤️

Easy check-in. Good communication prior to arrival. Elevator available Clean room Public transport right outside Supermarket and bakery in the same building! Good WIFI Great self-catering facilities, including fridge. Max was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay - lots of info on how to get around. No problem storing our bags on our last day. The location was very central. Reception provided towels, & everything for the bathroom & kitchen. Staff was very responsive

Spacious apartments, excellent support from the staff (thanks Stefanie and Ralf!), convenient location with supermarkets and metro station close by.

Very spacious accommodation, equipped with everything we needed. The bedding was clean, and there was a TV in every room. The staff responded very quickly to any questions. The terrace is a great spot for a breath of fresh air. Parking was very convenient.

Host is very friendly and flexible. We requested to keep our luggage before the check in time and they able to accomodate to the request. The apartment is spacious and clean for 4 of us ^^ You can easily feel comfortable to stay here and they provided everything you need.

Staying at Künstlerflair was very pleasant. The host, Stefanie, was extremely helpful with explanations. The apartment was clean and had everything needed for a daily routine ( hair dryer, iron, coffee, tea ecc ). The position is very close to metro station. Nearby a lot of restaurants, especially a Vietnamese one located in the same building.

Large Apartment with high quality kitchen and furnishings. Close proximity to the U-Bahn and local 24hr mini market.

The location is excellent. The bedrooms are huge. The people friendly and easy to deal with

Absolutely beautiful apartment with amazing facilities. Christian and Annika were excellent hosts also. I'd highly recommend booking with them. We definitely will be trying to get back in summer time!
