Karen went above and beyond to accommodate our early check-in and storing of our bikes. She even checked on us later in the day to see that everything was okay. A lot of comfortable seating and a beautifully appointed kitchen with everything you need. Perfect central location in Melk. Owner was friendly to work with and provided clear and helpful instructions.

The apartment was very clean and had been beautifully restored (the building is from the 1400s). There is a table and a comfortable chair for reading. Very adequate kitchen. Bathroom is big - no bathtub but not really needed. A great shower. The apartment is very well cared for. We ended up getting food and eating in the room as it was so lovely. There is a timed door code for entering the building and the apartment itself. All very easy. Parking was also close and no problem. We will be back! The location is really perfect. A short walk to the main street in the old town.

The apartment is nicely finished and clean. A lot of space and nice cute terrace. The appartment is very well equipped, literally everything you might need is there. Host seems to be nice and friendly, provided clear and detailed instructions. Definitely will stay again if we visit Krems.

The apartment was clean and very comfortable. It was very convenient to have a parking spot provided and the location was a short walk from the old city. The staff had good communication via email and an easy key pickup. We were very happy to use the washing machine as we had been traveling for a week. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed.
