Ideally situated in Melbourne, Lanson Place Parliament Gardens features a buffet breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property. Location is great - close enough to central business district and easy to travel everywhere through public transport, yet escape from the busy / touristy areas. Great and spacious room with nice design, great value for money.

We booked the 3 bedroom apartment for 2 nights for my MIL’s 70th birthday. Our group consisted of myself, my husband, our 4 yr old daughter and my MIL. It was a 2 bedroom apartment with an adjoining studio room - so we had 3 bedrooms (king beds) 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies - it was perfect! The hotel and rooms are new, modern, clean and spacious. The location is perfect, with James street around the corner with so many dining options and with galleries and the waterfront (playground, skateparks and activities) an easy, short walk away. The rooftop and BBQ area is lovely with stunning views over Geelong and there’s gym facilities which we didn’t use. Large free carpark (on weekends) around the corner. And if you don’t get your room cleaned/towels replaced, they have a plant a tree initiative which we liked!
