Boasting mountain views, Дамяновата къща features accommodation with a garden and a terrace, around 42 km from Park Vitosha. Guests can benefit from a balcony and an outdoor fireplace. The guest house was separate from the owner's house so I was able to come and go at my leisure. The guest house was modern and very clean. It was decorated in a very modern way. There was a lovely kitchen and seating area in the basement which had doors leading to a patio area with more seating. My room was large and had it's own balcony overlooking the garden. The location of the guest house was perfect for me. It's close to local shops and restaurants and a short bike ride from the hot springs. The owner was very friendly and helpful. She showed me round and told me where to leave my bike. Once the noisy couple who were also staying in the guest house went to bed, I had a really good sleep. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the curtains kept out the light. Very good value for Saparava Banya.

Guest House IDeR er staðsett í Sapareva Banya, 42 km frá Vitosha-garðinum og býður upp á garð og útsýni yfir garðinn. This accommodation is perfect and value for the money. It was our second time there and definitely we will come back again. It is perfectly clean. You can regulate the heating in the accommodation. There is hot water and perfect pressure to the shower. There are two kind of showers in the bathroom. One for a hand use smaller and the other is bigger - waterfall simulation. Mini kitchen in the studio and biger out side in the yard. The bed was comfortable and there are two types of pillows. There are extra blankets in the locker. Perfect Wi-Fi. We didn't use the TV cos is small and in the dinning area, but we didn't mind. The owner is great!

The owners of the hostel went above and beyond, swinging by the bus station in Dupnica when we weren't sure how to get to Sapareva Banja. Then, when we asked the easiest way to get to the trailhead, they facilitated an introduction to other guests with a car (which also ended up creating a new friendship!). Allowed us to leave some luggage during our hike, as well. Really outstanding hosts! For the hotel itself, the room was very nicely decorated (if a bit kitsch) and the whole place seems brand new. The balcony has an excellent view and the bathroom was immaculately clean. Seemed quite close to the bus stop, as well (though we were lucky enough to never need it). All in all, just a fantastic stay in a beautiful region!

The stay was amazing, an extremely cozy and clean house and everything in the kitchen was available, great for cooking meals (even has a blender 😋), grill and terrace, amazing view! Nice owners, friendly and helpful! PS. Really suggest going to "Bellabakereylna" it's a great bakery really close by, with tasty home made pastries! (Better to call and pre order, but can get a variety of different Bulgarian pasties)
