The space feels genuinely high-end — not just in appearance, but in the quality of the fittings and utilities. The appliances are from reputable brands, and everything is in excellent condition. It feels very much like a primary residence rather than a minimally furnished rental. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, with high-quality utensils and cookware that make proper meal preparation easy and enjoyable. For longer stays, the presence of a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer is a major advantage and adds real practicality and comfort. The layout is spacious and thoughtfully arranged, suitable for both families and business travelers. The fiber internet was fast and stable, making remote work seamless. Parking is easy and convenient. Supermarkets are nearby, and the location is ideal for exploring the region by car — with straightforward access to Zug, Rigi, and Luzern. The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly, with several playgrounds within walking distance. Our child especially enjoyed spending time there, which made the stay even more pleasant. Check-in was smooth, communication was clear, and the entire experience was stress-free. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it for both short and extended stays. We are family with 3children. Size of the appartment was perfect for us. All is of excellent quality and very clean. Our little one enjoyed a roof space where are planty of different toys for girls and boys. The appartmen is on the same level except for the roof playing floor. Stairs to there are equiped with children safety door. Kitchen was well equipted with everything one may need. We also received home made jam, coffee and a chocolate. Beds were just right. There are two toilets and that was an advantage for our big family. Big dining table was great both for eating and then playing table games all together. Parking was spacious and convenient even for a rather big car. The place is short driving distance from Zug and a walking distance from the lake. Edith is a very nice person. We had a warm chat with her. She gave us valuable information. Very positive experience overal.

We did booking from 4-5 October, check in time was from 15:00 o’clock, but we had a long trip and we were tired a lot, I called and asked for making little bit earlier, the staff were very friendly and they did it for us that we could get in to our room early before check in time.
