The car parking was covered but not locked in. There was a separate bike/ski store cupboard near the parking that was lockable. Winterberg as a town is very pretty, has a good range of shops, restaurants and supermarkets.

If you have young toddler there’s a keppa express train stop that would take you around and to-back to town. Fun for the toddler.

The location was excellent, due to the accommodation being right outside of Winterberg, we were able to avoid most of the extremely crowded roads when driving to the pistes. Temperature regulation was excellent, the jacuzzi was phenomenal, a great shower, a great sauna. We could not have gotten a better accommodation in the area at our time of booking.
