The staff is just amazing, especially Noel and Brandon, super amicable and helpful. Also, the restaurant is very high quality, the sport center is top, and the rooms are amazing. Top hotel in the region for sure, and even more if you go to Cabarete to do surf or kitesurf. Cannot recommend enough!

The furniture and amenities were very modern, and everything I needed was provided. The coffee machine, water dispenser, and air fryer were especially valuable. The bed and blanket were also very comfortable. The location is very central. Minutes of walking of everything, supermarkets, local eateries, ice cream, city centre, beach even a hospital is just around the corner. Safe to walk around. The internet is high speed and excellent to work. The hosts are very helpful and know Puerto Plata really well! The best part was drinking my morning coffee on the balcony with the view of the sunrise over the ocean! Don't miss this place if you come to Puerto Plata!
