The best thing about this accommodation is the host, Flor, who goes out of her way to make her guests comfortable in her home. The room was clean and spacious, very quiet at night, great shower, bed was super comfy, good WiFi and TV, and excellent air conditioning.

Comfortable, large room with kitchen had everything we needed. Very good location close to the centre and located next to quiet street. Joel, our host, was super nice and helpful. He helped us to book local tours to Tintoreras and Minas Azufras in good prices. He also borrowed us his bicycles, for free. We had very nice stay.

Casa de Alexita er staðsett í Puerto Baquerizo Moreno, á San Cristobal-eyju, í 1,2 km fjarlægð frá Playa de los Marinos. I stayed at Casa Alexita as a solo traveler and I loved it. The room was very comfortable, affordable snorkling rental and Alexita even helped me with extra towels and laundry. Was a lot of fun playing with their daughter and I got many tips and help for excursions.

La Casa de Amelia er staðsett í Puerto Baquerizo Moreno, 800 metra frá Oro-ströndinni, og býður upp á nýlega uppgerð gistirými með ókeypis WiFi og garði. We loved the host family! So friendly & welcoming, made to feel right at home! We were greeted by host at the airport who took a taxi ride with us to her Casa. They were very attentive and helpful with organising activities and taxis for us. Even walked us down to the shop we needed to be at for the 360 tour as they had handled payment & the arrangements for us. We enjoyed the location being in a more local, quieter location than tourist area but very easy to access the dock and main harbour on foot. Filled water machine is provided which was brilliant as it meant we could stay hydrated and hassle free from constantly visiting local shop. Snorkelling equipment was provided too, we were very grateful for this as there are nearby areas to snorkel that you can do yourself. We stayed here at the start of our trip and fell in love with it so much that we stayed again for our final night when back on the island for flight to Guayaquil. On our last morning, as it was so close to Christmas, the host family gifted us a little Christmas stocking! We wish the family every success with Casa Amelia and highly recommend here as a place to stay in San Cristobal. You will be very well looked after here!

Lush green garden with fruits and hammocks to relax. Spacey open kitchen. Very clean room with good AC and comfortable bed. Cool drinking water 24/7. Super friendly and helpful hosts. Possibility to rent snorkeling gear. Free pick up at the harbor and pur hosts drove us frequently to the center and picked us up again for a very fair price.

Modest but has all the necessities and Patricia was just brilliant with all her hospitality and help. Great comfortable bed and decent hot shower.

Situated in Puerto Ayora, Genovesa Family home provides accommodation within 1.4 km of Tortuga Bay. Large spacious clean apartment with a homey feel, not like other holiday apartments. The owners are super sweet and helpful in all manners, and Vanesa's beautiful artwork is on the walls, as well for sale :) Beds are comfy and clean, there is bottled drinking water available, and kitchen is ok equipped. The local safe neighbourhood is quiet, which can be a great advantage in the busyness of Puerto Ayora, and it's just a 10 minutes nice walk to get to the centre. We loved our stay and have already made a new booking for later on during our Galapagos stay. Warmly recommended as a home away from home, instead of a hotel stay!
