The apartment has the best location - so close to the market in the heart of the old city. The check in was easy and staff so pleasant and helpful and the walk from key pick-up to the apartment short. We found the apartment very clean, spacious and with all we needed, with comfortable beds. Definitely stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean overall. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to the housekeeping lady named Marielyn — she is one of the best and most honest cleaning staff I have ever met. She was extremely clean, thorough, and trustworthy. The spa was nice and relaxing, and the location is perfect. I enjoyed my stay so much that I have already recommended the hotel to several friends and I would love to stay here again in the future.

Apartment is just perfect. Beds are really comfy, everything is perfectly clean. At the reception we meet soo nice and polite people who gave us all needed instructions for stay and for parking. Location is in the city center and everything you need to buy you can find around. Great experience!

Loved everything about this property. Very spacious for a small family. Handy location for walking to Alhambra and other attractions. Department store one minute away with gourmet food hall/ supermarket. We walked from train station- about 25 minutes. There was a handy bus stop nearby (3 minute walk) which got us directly back to the main bus station for onward travels. Were able to request early check in via the app, and accessed apartment at 1.30pm via code. Great hot water and heating (it was pretty cold outside). Apartment was cosy and spotlessly clean.

Matatagpuan sa loob ng 2 minutong lakad ng Granada Cathedral at 600 m ng San Juan de Dios Museum sa gitna ng Granada, nag-aalok ang BiBo Suites San Agustín ng accommodation na may libreng WiFi. We were a group of 4 people including a 1 year old child, and this place was perfect for us. The infant slept in a baby cot and by her side I slept on a sofa bed, which was very comfortable :) We also liked the kitchen which had enough equipments. Upon checking in, I realized I made a mistake (100% my fault), but the receptionist Claudia kindly tried to solve the issue for more than one hour. We truly appreciated her support!
