I was careless, I left my documents in the apartment, which I noticed on the plane, the owner was very kind, he immediately sent them to the post office. What I liked the most was the accuracy in the small details. The owners left a water bottle, some snacks, coffee and teas, earplugs for us. These are the things that make the difference to me! Everything was neat and clean, the wide terrace overlooking the volcano was excellent!
