They have great and quick communication and willing to make us feel comfortable. We were on the street with bags and c/in was at 3pm. The lady on call accepted our early check in request and informed us as soon as the apartment was ready, which is 2hours before the actual c/in time. Thank you for your individual great service. I enjoyed the terrace and the apartment itself is great too. This is gonna be my number 1 choice in Cartagena.

This is an amazing property that we have stayed in many times. It is easy to use the code and get into the building and the room. It feels like a safe neighborhood and has a children's park close by. It is also next to a grocery store to buy whatever food you need. There is a fully functioning kitchen to cook in. The shower is nice and hot with plenty of water pressure. It is always clean and ready when we arrive. The bed was comfortable and warm on a cold night. There were even extra blankets and pillows if needed. We always regret not being able to stay longer.

Comfortable and handy location for the thermal pools. The swimming pools and gymnasium looked good but we didn’t have time to use them sadly. The agent who we dealt with was very helpful during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble.
