The bed was so nice and the flat is incredible with lights coming in, when we woke up we had an amazing view from the bosque.

The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The beds were cozy, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the atmosphere was peaceful—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering great tips for local attractions and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Communication was smooth and friendly from start to finish. The location was also ideal—close to everything we wanted to see, yet quiet enough to feel like a retreat. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay. We would definitely come back!

Stephanie was patiently waiting for me, even though slightly late as per the agreed time. Plus well equipped for a self catering stay. Yes by a main road but I found it amazingly quiet after 11pm and before 8am. A very comfortable apartment.

The property truly exceeded my expectations. It was very well equipped - including a dryer in addition to the washer, which is quite rare in most French rentals. The apartment itself was spacious, spotless, and ideally located: right in the center of Capbreton, close to shops and restaurants, yet remarkably quiet. Communication with the host was excellent; he stayed in touch even before my arrival and was attentive throughout. I especially appreciated the thoughtful welcome treats - candies, bottle of cider, and so on. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!
