The hotel is situated in a very nice and quite area, very close to the subway station. Many restaurants and bars are near the hotel. The staff was very helpful and kind.

Nagtatampok spa at wellness center at libreng WiFi, ang master St. Paul's ay matatagpuan sa gitna ng London, malapit sa St Paul's Cathedral, Sky Garden, at Savoy Theatre. I really liked the location, the cleanliness, and the comfort of the bed. Communication was perfect throughout the stay. Early check-in was very appreciated, as well as the possibility to leave our luggage 24/7. Access to the spa was also a nice bonus.

Perfect location right in the city center on one side of the Arndale shopping center. We had our windows on the backstreet so it was quiet enough (on the other side there's tram lines right in front so not sure if as quiet). Close to instant reply for any question we had. Absolutely clear and easy checkin with mobile unlocking of front door and apartment door. Has all needed facilities - we did not felt we missed anything.

It’s quite rare to not have a single tiny complaint across 5 days of stay. The location was in a central neighborhood, safe, but quiet at night, and near a Tesco Express and the Russell Square PIC line stop. Communication and the check-in procedure were hassle free. Excellent response times and thorough instructions, always. The apartment was clean, extremely well-equipped, and the building interior is modern as well. Every person working there is a professional, and the whole operation is well thought of. I’d definitely recommend this residence to anyone who visits London and wants to keep everything at arms reach.

Everything about Cleveland Residencies was brilliant. Our room was spotless, and the amount of detail that has gone into furnishing and maintaining the place is great. Keep it up.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I travel all over the world for work (and pleasure) but I live in Britain and know what it can be like selecting a hotel in an area you know but still don’t quite know. This place is fab! The building itself is one of quaint historic preservation. The entry is comfortable, much nicer than bright lights and a huge desk. Staff were very kind and although I didn’t need help because I simply wanted to rest, everyone was calm and happy to greet me. My room, hands down was an absolutely perfect set up. Sofa, tv, small kitchen, a little table and ‘good’ coffee and tea in room. Then crossing into the bedroom - a large and very comfortable bed, deep tub in the room, a tv plus a closet and a loo with a great shower. The thing is, there has been a lot of thought in the placement of furniture and layout, plus lighting—I prefer muted lighting and watching tv last night was like being at home. I cast from my accounts to both TVs. Furnishing nice. Snacks were great and since I actually was so comfortable I basically just ate most of the snacks instead of going out, olives, hummus crisps, a couple other random things. Although not overly healthy to just eat snacks, at least some alternative options were there. A tiny bottle of milk was in the fridge. It’s the little touches that make life easier. Only suggestion, perhaps a lightweight sofa throw…but that’s a first world problem. Big coffee cups in the room. And the location is absolutely great—couldn’t be better. Right there and easy to get anywhere if I needed to. I’ll definitely come back here. I didn’t try the breakfast because I needed to get to my meetings and I was so comfortable I stayed in my room until the very last minute. Picturesque and pleasant. This hotel is permanently on my list for Manchester stops.
