We chose this chalet as it has an interesting location, very good ratings and a suitable price near the center of Kutaisi. Mamuka and Giorgi (owners of several chalets in this complex) were friendly and open to advice and to help us (we were welcomed with tea and coffee, one day we were booked into a restaurant). We felt like we were visiting our best friends who appreciated us very much. The great atmosphere from the owners is unbeatable. We stay in an average of 50 different hotels a year (both private villas, houses and 4*-5* hotels) and in most hotels the owners or staff treat guests like water, not doing anything out of the hotels bounds, with strained smiles and standard requests (this is normal). We felt like long awaited and valued guests at this hotel. Fully recommended, a magical experience and unbeatable value for money where quality is so much more.

I stayed at this underground hostel, and it was super nicely done and clean! They provide towels and slippers right on your bed, which is a nice touch. However, since it’s underground, the internet isn’t great. It’s basically one studio, so the kitchen, common area, and bunk beds are all in the same space, and there are no windows for natural light. Plus, there’s no stove in the kitchen. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep and explore, it’s highly recommended, but not the best spot for cooking or working.

Nag-aalok ng restaurant at mga tanawin ng lungsod, matatagpuan ang Apartment Kutaisi 248 sa Kutaisi, 12 minutong lakad mula sa White Bridge at 1.8 km mula sa Colchis Fountain. The apartment was clean. The owner was a very nice lady. I highly recommend it.

Highly recommended! George is an exceptional host. He did far and beyond what he is supposed to offer as a host. My kids love him, he was like a cool grand dad to them. The room is clean and spacious. We were offered a very tasty Georgian wine. We would love to come back to this place.
