We were the very first guests at Unicos City Studios in Kos, as it had just opened on the day we arrived. Everything was excellent. The beds were top quality and extremely comfortable. The room was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully arranged. The location is perfect, right in the center of town, with everything within walking distance. The hotel staff were incredibly warm and helpful for example, when we accidentally locked the in-room safe by entering the wrong code, they assisted us immediately. A wonderful stay overall, we wish them great success and would gladly come back!

We loved everything about our stay! We visited Kos from 24 to 28 of July The location of this property is perfect – right in the city center but just far enough from the noisy streets to feel peaceful. The hotel is modern, spotless, and beautifully maintained, with everything looking fresh and new. We were surprised with an upgraded room and thoughtful touches like a bottle of wine, fresh fruit, and daily water. The shower gel and body lotion made on Kos island were absolutely amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the service was excellent.

JUST AMAZING! I rented the place for a week, to work remotely and couldn't enjoy more :) The apartment is beautiful, newly renovated, well decorated and with everything you need for a short or longer stay. Everything with good quality. The location is also great, right in the middle of the main part of Old Town. Walking distance to the main attractions, restaurants and bars, and less than 1min walking to bus stop, boat trips and bike rental shops. Also a good market in the corner. It can be loud at night, but when closing the windows you hear nothing. The communication with the host was also great, and they were available via Whatsapp in case of any problem. I highly recommend it :D

This is a great property just walking distance from the Kos international airport. 15 mins drive from the magnificent Agia Stefanos beach. We loved the place , super clean and if you stay on the ground floor you have a private gated parking spot! Excellent value for money. Panagiotis is a great guy and has been super helpful at all times. We stayed at this place one night to spend some time in the wonderful Kos island before taking our flight to Italy. We really enjoyed our time at Philippos! Great views to the sea and mountain from our balcony. So close to the beach and great places to eat and drink but in a quieter area of the town which makes it nice and peaceful. Everything you need is just a little walk away. We visited the delicious dopio bakery every morning for coffee and hired e-bikes to cycle around Nisyros. We would love to come back to stay at Philippos! Thank you for everything.
