The location is good and the facilities are good. It really helps too. Sauna facilities and laundry are available. I strongly recommend this place

The upstairs has a couch that you could sleep on but no dark out curtains and the kitchen we cooked in. Downstairs has two twin beds and full bed. The bathroom has a washer: dryer combo. This was our mid trip laundry stop. The town is cute and walkable.

Very clean and cozy lodge with a tranquil river view in front . The hostess of the lodge is so nice. We arrived late after the check in time and she waited for us. We didn’t have the time to have dinner before arriving but fortunately the hostess is very thoughtful and kept some pasta and sauce for sale so we didn’t have to go to bed hungry .

We stayed here to break up our drive to Myvatn. We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the apartment/room. The pictures made it appear much smaller. The kitchen facilities were great (we cooked a meal), the washer was an added plus and the pullout sofa was surprisingly comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to stay!
