As with many properties, if the basics of cleanliness, comfort and location are covered, it's the host who can really make you feel welcome and valued as a guest. Though we didn't get to meet Antonio in person it felt as though he was right with us prior to arrival and during our stay. First of all we had a phone catastrophe and thus couldn't communicate via booking.com. Antonio instantly adapted, seemed to genuinely sympathize (which helped!) and proactively put us in touch with a nearby repair store owned by a friend of his. Imagine our surprise when we went to the shop and right on our heels the owner arrived, greeted us warmly, issued instructions to the pleasant and helpful technician, and zipped off. It felt like VIP treatment and was all the more helpful because all the Italians spoke perfect English, easing our stress when that was much needed. For the rest of our stay Antonio checked in regularly to see if we had questions or needed anything, and he was always instantly responsive to any queries. Apart from all that, the common area was a lovely amenity, with juices and milk for coffee in the refrigerator.

Matatagpuan ang Palm Residence sa Lamezia Terme, 35 km mula sa Piedigrotta Church at nag-aalok ng naka-air condition na accommodation na may libreng WiFi, pati na rin access sa terrace. Very good location, lot of options for restaurants snd bars nearby. Accomodation was nice, modern.

GianMarco is an excellent host. He carried our luggage to the room, gave excellent recommendations for restaurants (Zio Emilio is beyond delicious, does not open until 8:00 PM) and he is very full of life. Rate it a 10+

Matatagpuan 11 km mula sa Archaeological Park of Sybaris at 20 km mula sa AcquaPark Odissea 2000, ang Lasso B&B ay naglalaan ng accommodation sa Corigliano Calabro. It was very clean, only stayed for a night with my partner but it was worth it, good location, close to the station, the guest was very kind and helpful, I could call him at anytime and he would help me…always attentive on his phone and just made us feel very comfortable

Matatagpuan wala pang 1 km mula sa Baia del Carpino Beach, nag-aalok ang Residence Kalispera ng private beach area, terrace, at naka-air condition na accommodation na may balcony at libreng WiFi. The owner Paolo was very helpful and kind. The air conditioner worked well. The shower was great. A pizzeria next door.
