Incredible location, literally next to the Baptisterium. Despite the restricted access, easy to reach and staff were very accommodating to allow us to park inside the courtyard. Rooms are historic, large and utterly charming. Ours came with a little kitchenette, which was a nice plus point. Will absolutely stay here again.

Very comfortable and beautiful place. All what needed for family with children in apartment. Very big balcony. Nice compliment (bottle of wine) on arrival. Very close to beach and Coop food store. Staff nice and helpful, always in contact and open to resolve any problems.

Location in a quiet side street near the station is excellent for train travellers and for day trips to other towns, and it's an easy walk to the Bologna highlights. Sabrina and Mirko were the most friendly and helpful hosts.

The apartment exceeded our expectations and Alessandro was a great host. The apartment is in the centre of town in an old building that has been excellently renovated and looks superb. The parking was only a five minute walk from the apartment and you can drop your luggage at the apartment before parking your car. Dining options are plentiful and only a short walk away.

It was in a perfect location. Staff went over the top in terms of keeping in touch with us. (There had been a delay of one day for arrival, due to rail stoppage of one day. ) Beautifully decorated with extremely beautiful bedding. Quiet location. I would highly recommend this spot.
