Overall, I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Florence!

Set in north Florence, Residence Leopoldo is 100 metres from the tram stop T1 for Santa Maria Novella Train Station. It offers ultra-modern apartments with free Wi-Fi, LCD TVs and DVD players. The reception people were very professional, courteous and friendly. Marelina helped us with the luggage, registration and orientation. She made us feel settled down easily and quickly.

Palazzo Gamba is located right in front of Florence's Cathedral. It offers uniquely designed apartments with air conditioning and fully equipped kitchenette. It wasn't as noisy at all as I thought, the location was great, the elevator was big, and all the staff were friendly. Checking in outside of check-in hours is so easy and simple! If I come back to Florence, I will definitely stay here again.
