Very thorough with instructions, good tips, and offered great drop off services to ski fields, shops and dinner reservations. We had the perfect family ski trip at Big Bear.

A 10-minute walk from Happo One Ski Resort, guests at Log Cottage Epoch can rent out an entire cottage. Each spacious cottage comes with free Wi-Fi and includes a kitchen and a living room. Location was a little quiet for a good night rest in and a fantastic short walk to the shuttle buses to the different slopes. Toshi and his wife were absolutely amazing with the transport, transfer and any kind of help you need. Would highly recommend especially for groups and families! Great heating, superb cleanliness, awesome space.

Situated in Hakuba, within 5.3 km of Tsugaike Kogen Ski Area and 46 km of Nagano Station, B and D HAKUBA IWATAKE features accommodation with ski-to-door access and as well as free private parking for... Great hotel and designed room in front of Iwatake resort. Loved the kitchen and hangout nook and windows. Lived the projector in the room for watching. Lovely to walk around area with so much fantastic snow. Totally charming hotel!

Located in Hakuba, 8.4 km from Tsugaike Kogen Ski Area, 涼亭 川 Ryoutei Kawa provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. Its family run and operated. Nice clean rooms. Comfy beds! Great home cooked dinners available for reservation. Breakfast was delicious and included with the stay. The gear storage for our snowboards, skis and boots was great! They offer paid shuttle rides in a nice van to any of the local ski resorts for a fair price and are flexible with drop off and pickup times. Knowledgeable on the local area and can help answer questions and provide recommendations. Overall very kind and accommodating hosts. Would absolutely return for our next trip to Hakuba.

Lagom Hakuba is set in Hakuba, 10 km from Tsugaike Kogen Ski Area, 43 km from Nagano Station, as well as 45 km from Zenkoji Temple. Amenities were crisp, clean, and modern. The space was warm and comfortable, despite very cold temperatures outside. The owner was extremely friendly and helped out when we had an issue with our toddler. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow and we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay in Hakuba.
