Well equipped, clean, spacious, the view to the ohori park, and helpful staffs Alhough there is no check-in counter, it was very easy to communicate through booking.com messages, and I was able to get answers to my questions very quickly. On arrival day, I was able to leave my luggage early (7 hours before check-in time) and same for the departure day: keeping my luggage for an hour after our check-out time. This gave us enough time to take a walk aound ohori park and fukuoka castle site. We had enough towels for 2 nights of staying, and I was happy to take a bath after long walks. Oh, it was very convenienr to have the family mart on the ground floor :) Totally recommend!

Location is also so amazing, full of beauty, attractions and onsens. Thanks a lot! We will be glad to return to this property next time!

Great place to stay! Very nice surprise. Like at home, the room is actually an appartment with an art gallery style. Delicate attentions such as Spotify music playlist, cassette rental for free, books about Beppu, really good coffee ☕️ in the room. All the details were super appreciated. Also the reception is a nice area : books, sustainable and local shopping, art… The building is quite new and modern. There is a pottery shop from the owner which is amazing. Their restaurant was also really good ! Really loved this place.
