Service was amazing!!!

If you’ve tried booking around Lake Kawaguchi during cherry blossom season, you’ll know how rare it is to find a stay that actually delivers. This standalone home was the most memorable place I’ve ever stayed near Mt. Fuji. It was private, peaceful, and felt just like home. Everything—from the host’s prompt replies to the smooth self check-in—was easy and hassle-free. Waking up to Mt. Fuji right outside the window felt like a dream. A great place really makes a trip unforgettable—and this one did. I’m already looking forward to coming back with more friends and family!

Looked exactly like photos, clean, many heaters to keep you warm, complimentary snacks and coffee is a plus, with washer and dryer, amazing view just too bad we unable to enjoy much due to rainy days, i got see swam flew by the lake just infront of the house, chill at veranda is relax. Overall is good experience 😀

The ammenities in the room were fabulous! The outdoor/indoor patio room had a heater so it was very cozy, and the views of Mt Fuji were beautiful. The onsen was lovely, and the sauna, and the view of the mountain while sitting in either was amazing. There was free bike rental as well at the property, so we could grab a bike and ride around the whole lake. It was very easy to check in via tablet and collect our keys from the lockbox. All instructions were given prior and easy to understand. We were worried about not having a hotel concierge to ask questions, but I was able to message the property through booking.com for any queries - we sent a message to ask them to book a taxi for us and they did straight away.
