The host was very responsive! Before we arrive in the hotel in few days time, i got a luggage need to transfer there by Yamato, and the host helped to receive it and put it in the luggage storage area! And on the day we arrived, which is earlier, and the host let us leave our luggage in the room, so we can go ski and come back again in the afternoon! When we check out, the host let us check out a little late than the propose hour because our kid still skiing while we doing our final packing. Even after we check out, we were able to leave our luggage at designated luggage storage too! I love the services provided !TOP NOTCH!

The location was perfect very close to the train station, short easy walk thru the town and minutes away by bus or taxi to Gali. Restaurants just minutes to walk. Situated in Myoko and only 29 km from Zenkoji Temple, 町宿Oranchi kisetsu features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. Nice sizable home with many amenities provided. Well-equipped kitchen and amazing bath. The views are also quite nice.
