The host was very responsive! Before we arrive in the hotel in few days time, i got a luggage need to transfer there by Yamato, and the host helped to receive it and put it in the luggage storage area! And on the day we arrived, which is earlier, and the host let us leave our luggage in the room, so we can go ski and come back again in the afternoon! When we check out, the host let us check out a little late than the propose hour because our kid still skiing while we doing our final packing. Even after we check out, we were able to leave our luggage at designated luggage storage too! I love the services provided !TOP NOTCH!

Matatagpuan ang sasaguchi house sa Niigata, 12 minutong lakad mula sa Niigata Station, 3.4 km mula sa Toki Messe, at 4.8 km mula sa Niigata Prefectural Civic Centre. Close to the station and lots of restaurants and walking distance to Niigata attractions for people who like to walk, it was also really clean and comfortable for a family of 3 and everything you could possibly need was provided.
