It was a great place to stay while in Tokyo for the marathon. As an American, I found it spacious enough for one, two or maybe three people. More could certainly stay there, but it would be crowded. It was nice to have the kitchenette and the washing machine, which both saved me money. While it is on a busy street, it faces the quiet business courtyard of Shinjuku Eastside, which was pleasant and quiet.

Loved the friendly staff, the large apartment, the rooftop viewing space, the fabulous position by the river, everything about the room was perfect for a family of four. Firm but comfy beds. Great bathroom. Just under 15mins walk to Monzen Nakacho Station. 7/11 just around the corner.

Honestly it was perfect and spacious has all the facilities in the room I stayed for 20 days and it felt like home it is around 10 min from the closest station
