Our host Markus Weiss is not only a respected figure in the region, but also a true guardian angel to me personally, as he came to my aid when I suddenly fell (seriously) ill. He is an impressive person with a fascinating life story – just getting to know him is an enriching experience. The entire team (Alpha - my brother from another mother😎, Miriam❤️, Jaqline❤️, Mary, Jacob, and many more) offers service of the highest standard: whether it's food requests, shopping, or even accompanying guests to the beach (essential as a woman traveling alone) – no wish is left unfulfilled. You can feel that they put their heart and soul into their work. Very trustworthy people (I won friends for life) - quite the opposite from the negative experiences directly on the beach(!) which btw, you just cannot avoid. The garden, which is tended daily, is stunningly beautiful, and the fresh papayas from their own garden for breakfast are simply heavenly. Most of all, however, I will miss the people on site, who showed us with their warmth what many have forgotten: humanity. I will definitely be back – THANK YOU, friends!❤

Leisure Lodge Golf Club is 2.5 km from the apartment, while Colobus Conservation is 10 km from the property. Ukunda Airport is 5 km away. The villa was just as described, cozy very clean and in a quiet area. The pool is right next to the house and the afternoon dips were just what I needed! The early morning walk to the beach for the sunrise was amazing! ☀️ Gitau was a very amiable host and so was Victoria the housekeeper. Totally recommend

The house is big and airy; very breezy which tempers the coastal heat and humidity, and quite spacious. It's also quite cool at night. It's clean and well maintained. The location is perhaps the biggest selling point, close to Diani and Kongo beaches, a major supermarket and several restaurants within walking distance. Diana was responsive to our requests.
