This was their first trip together in 30 years, so the experience meant a lot to our family and thanks to this hotel, it became a memory they’ll cherish forever. From the moment they arrived, they felt safe, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. The security was excellent, the apartment was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Everything felt thoughtful and well organized, which made their long stay even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the staff. Every single person they interacted with was kind, respectful, and attentive, but a few individuals deserve special recognition for going above and beyond. Kevin from security was always professional and reassuring. Dhababu was helpful, and welcoming throughout their stay. Mureithi ensured everything served was handled smoothly and reliably. Joyce, the room steward, was incredibly kind and thorough. Yussuf at reception was friendly, patient, and always welcoming. Chef Tolbert provided wonderful food and genuine hospitality, and Daniel, the supervisor, stood out for his professionalism, care, and presence. Their hospitality, smiles, and genuine care made my parents feel at home and truly appreciated. You can tell this is a place where guests are not just accommodated, but truly looked after. Thank you for giving my parents such a beautiful first trip together after so many years. We are deeply grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mombasa.

Matatagpuan ang Mombasa Comfort House, Old Town sa Mombasa, 6 minutong lakad mula sa Fort Jesus, 800 m mula sa Burhani Gardens, at 1.8 km mula sa Uhuru Garden Mombasa. Very clean, spacious and comfortable unit positioned in the historic old town of Mombasa. Excellent position from which to explore the old town, with Fort Jesus and many restaurants within easy walking distance. It was lovely to relax in the quiet unit after being out and about. Our delightful host, Fatma, was very welcoming and looked after us very well providing lots of information about the old town.

I enjoyed my stay at the place, it was clean and well kept, also the decor is on point. I also loved how its location, at the centre of the city, this made my access to many places a bit easier through tuktuk or ubers. The checkin process was also smooth and the wifi was just perfect. I enjoyed my stay at this property

Matatagpuan sa Mtwapa at 4 km lang mula sa Jumba la Mtwana, ang Coastal Bliss 2BR Beach Getaway in Kanamai, Mtwapa ay nag-aalok ng accommodation na may mga tanawin ng hardin, libreng WiFi, at libreng... the place is after Majengo estate which is a low income estate. At first you could fear but turned out very secure with cheap market and a beach in just a walking distance. the rooms are very spacious and adequately ventilated.

I enjoyed my stay at this property, easy to find, closer to many ammenities and great hosting by the host. The host was available to adress my queries and even dropped me at the airport as an add on service. Definately booking with the host next time i am in Mombasa

The apartment is just behind Quickmart, so easy access to many amenities. The unit is clean and very cosy. Very good value for money.
