I felt welcome the moment I entered and a general good vibe to the space. The room is large and offered a unique sleeping loft. Super cute puppys to play with. The food was amazing. Sizzling beef and chips was so good. Very nice yoga class free for residents.

A wonderful weekend away for my family! A beautiful modern property with stunning views. We were so impressed with small details like complimentary toys for kids. We were nervous to book at first after reading other reviews about the road condition to the property, however after contacting the property, we were assured that the road condition is constantly being improved. We arrived from the Kampot direction and were pleased to find that most of the road is wide concrete, with the last section being well maintained gravel. Our small car had no problem getting to and from the property.

The property had nice architectural design for each villa. It was able to accommodate my family and we had a wonderful time relaxing on property. The bar by the pool was very cute and inviting. The pool was a nice size and location was beautiful by the riverside. Easy access to kayaking. The property also felt private.
