I really appreciated the excellent communication from the hosts, the easy access to the keys, and the unexpected room upgrade at no extra cost. The hosts even offered help whenever needed. The room was the perfect size, spotless, had a beautiful view, a relaxing atmosphere, and was incredibly quiet — truly equipped with everything one could need.

The bed is comfortable. The kitchen has almost everything we needed even cooking oil. The host also had water, snacks and wine on the kitchen counter to welcome us. That was a nice touch.

For us it was good, because we didn't stay in the room very much, only in the morning and in the night. The room is small, but provided everything we needed and everything was very clean.. Near the bus station and supermarket. They helped us with storing the luggage. For us it was good value for money.

Maria was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was tastefully decored and the rooms of a good size. Everything was clean, and the apartment was well equipped. There is s a view of beautiful Xlendi Bay from the balcony. There and quick access to the sea via some steps, which are located around 100 metres down the road. We always immediately found a park for our car virtually in front of the apartment. It was a wonderful stay, and we will definitely stay at Sun Sea Living Gozo if we return to Xlendi.

Villa Xemxija er staðsett í Xlendi og býður upp á garð og útisundlaug sem er opin hluta af árinu. Valletta er í 30 km fjarlægð. Ókeypis WiFi er til staðar. Gistirýmið er með flatskjá. We had a wonderful stay at Villa Xemxija. The apartment and the location were awesome - bright, clean and spacious with all of the amenities you could want including a great view and a five minute walk to the water. Josef was truly an outstanding host. He went over and above to help ensure we had a great stay on Gozo, he even organized a rental car to be delivered to the apartment! The time he spent with us and the tips he provided were greatly appreciated. Staying at his place and meeting him was one of the highlights of our trip. THANK YOU JOSEF!
