The 3-bedroom apartment was spacious, sparkling clean, and beautifully set up, everything from the furniture to the décor made it feel like a luxurious home away from home. The customer service was top-notch! The host and staff were friendly, attentive, and always just a call or text away whenever I needed anything. Every request was handled quickly and with such genuine care that it made the whole experience effortless and relaxing. The neighborhood was peaceful, security top notch and the apartment had all the amenities I could ask for, great Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and two lovely living area perfect for relaxing after a busy day. I booked through Booking.com, and the process was seamless. Everything matched (and even exceeded) the pictures online. My family of 6 enjoyed our stay. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit — highly recommended for families, groups, or anyone who values comfort, cleanliness, and great hospitality.

The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. The ACs worked great, hot water was available in both the kitchen and bathroom, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The TV also had Netflix and Prime subscriptions, which was a pleasant bonus. Overall, it was a great and comfortable stay.

I love everything about the apartment is so exotic beautiful place,friendly staff in a good location and a wide car park. I had fun.

Location was perfect. Entire house was clean. Staff was always available and very helpful. So far the best accommodation I have had in Lagos. The layout of the living room and bedrooms and how it links to the apartment upstairs if needed was brilliant especially since we were a big group and some stayed in the apartment upstairs. It was nice to be able to go to the other apartment without stepping outside and how it can be locked to separate both apartments if its a different booking. Toilet and bathroom was very clean too and house keeping was available when needed. It was a nice stay and I really hope the standard is maintained.

Service was flawless, with special recognition to the housekeeper, Nelson, whose professionalism, discretion, and attentiveness enhanced the entire stay. Our stay at Grandwest Apartments was absolutely unforgettable. The property is even more beautiful than the photos online—spotlessly clean, safe, and extremely well-maintained. The swimming pool and gym on the compound are wonderful, making it perfect for both adults and children. The location is ideal for families: the water park is just a short walk away, and shops are nearby—a 15-minute walk or a quick, affordable cab ride. One of the biggest highlights is the security: you can call security to enter or leave the compound, which makes you feel ten times safer. Only guests of the apartments or visitors to the water park can enter, so you’re completely secure. AY, the manager, is amazing—kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. The area is quiet and peaceful, the accommodation made our entire stay in Nigeria special, and for the quality and safety, it’s truly great value for money. I will definitely be coming back every time I visit.
