The location is perfect - in the nature, but still close to the city. The hospitality is one of a kind. We were at home. Our kids loved the chickens, the cat, and horses. We really enjoyed the summer evenings, sitting outside and enjoying the view. It's like a Yellowstone experience in Drenthe. We'll come back!

There is always something new in the place whenever I stay there. I had a nice time in the comfy bed and had a delicious breakfast. I am glad I was able to use bigger mugs for tea. :)

De Schotse Hooglander er staðsett í Smilde, 42 km frá Simplon-tónlistarstaðnum og 41 km frá Martini-turninum og býður upp á garð- og garðútsýni. Easy to find and good parking directly in front of the B&B. The apartment (as it is a lot more than but a 1 room B&B) looked fantastic on our arrival at 21:00 at night. Beautiful soft and warm lighting made it feel very welcoming. We were very impressed with the attention to detail that this couple put into their property. They have put a lot of love and care into getting every detail perfect. A Very comfortable bed where we both slept very well was followed by an AMAZING breakfast !!! Far more than we could eat... We were there in winter so we could not really use the private patio in the garden but I can imagine that having breakfast out there would be a beautiful and VERY memorable experience. I look forward to booking again as this little diamond would make an ideal base of operations from which to explore the northern area of the Netherlands.

De karkoele er staðsett í Erm, aðeins 5,2 km frá Van Gogh-húsinu og býður upp á gistirými með garðútsýni, ókeypis WiFi og ókeypis einkabílastæði. Extremely well equipped, with attention to the tiniest details (fresh set of earplugs? check. good toiletries? check. full deck of spices for those cooking? check!). Lovely, high quality furnishing - not ikea :-) Friendly host -- the owner offered to drive us to Sleen (Erm is a tiny bit of a detour when you are walking the Pieterpad). Truly exceeding all expectations.

Altynghe er gististaður með garði í Beilen, 48 km frá Simplon-tónlistarstaðnum, 47 km frá Martini-turni og 2,9 km frá Beilen-stöðinni. Ideal accommodation especially for two couples. The host was very nice and flexible. Rooms clean and nice. Breakfast excellent. The location is close to national parks, which is great for cycling trips. We enjoyed a very nice holiday here. Thank you for everything and I recommend it.
