Although it is a rural wooden cottage it is very comfortable - with a comfy bed, nice lighting, good shower, heated floor in a bathroom etc.

Beautiful room and very comfortable for our family of four. Within walking distance of the city center.

Although not very big, the little house is very comfortable for two, clean, with well functioning facilities. The house is located in front of a large lawn, with small woods nearby. On a beautiful sunny day, it is extremely relaxing. In the morning, sometimes, deers could be seen at the edge of the woods. It is a fantastic place for vacation. The hosts are very friendly. They brought us a full box coffee, when we asked for more.

Much attention to details went into this spacious accommodation, from mosquito screens to ventilator, from floor heating in the bathroom to radiator to heat the towels, from recliners (inside and outside) to welcome wine and chocolates.

Guesthouse Het Gouden Eiland er gististaður í Veendam, 33 km frá Martini-turni og 4,1 km frá Compagnie-golfklúbbnum. Þaðan er útsýni yfir garðinn. The host was amazing! She was very friendly and went out of her way to make my stay amazing. The location was great and the amenities were as promised. The room was tastefully decorated and very comfortable.

Op de Bult er gistiheimili með garði og bar í Rasquert, í sögulegri byggingu í 20 km fjarlægð frá Simplon-tónlistarstaðnum. Gististaðurinn býður upp á ókeypis skutluþjónustu og arinn utandyra. Extremely warm wellcome, small and quiet placr. Good breakfast.

De Tuinkamer er gististaður í Ter Apel, 17 km frá Emmen-stöðinni og 19 km frá Emmen Centrum Beeldende Kunst. Þaðan er útsýni yfir ána. Loved the room, location, and hospitality. Room was more like a studio apartment with a stove, TV and a fully equipped kitchen with utensils, dishes, cutlery. Breakfast was more than what I expected. I mentioned that I was vegetarian and maybe just a coffee and some croissants would be ok. But I got so much more than that! The room itself is part of their house and the neighborhood is full of beautiful houses including this one. The location was beautiful. Didn't get a chance to walk around though. Maybe another time. The owner had come by in the night when I reached, to show me around. Before I left the next morning, she came by to ask me how everything was. It was a nice gesture.
