First time stay here, but the staff first of all was amazing, the value for the money, the overall look and feeling, facilities where plenty we did not even manage to take full advantage of them, the breakfast was amazing, the restaurant options as well, excelently done as for the price it felt cheap for what it offered. The apartment was great, it had all that is needed for a family, fully equiped. Somehow it's even better than it looks. We will return for sure.

The building is beautiful. The apartment seems pretty new. It is clean and well maintained. The building is near at the entrance of the national park, but the center of Zakopane could be reached in 20 minutes of walk also. Dog was also allowed to take with us. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, so it is well suited for 6 people.

Great location to start hikes into the Tatras and the spa was clean and comfortable. Bath robe and slippers were included, which made packing for us less of a hassle, and made sure everyone in the spa follows conventions. We were allowed to park there a bit longer since we went into the mountains for two nights in between our stay at the hotel, which was very kind. The reception was proactive about making sure we had all the information to get into our rooms after reception closed.

The property has many amenities including a pool, private hot tub, and gathering room with fireplace. The staff was wonderful and made sure our stay was perfect!

Also enjoyed the salt room and spa. I recommend this hotel

Wonderful staff, quick responding to any queries, clean, modern, cosy, warm, great breakfast options in a great location. We highly recommend you use the Spa facilities when you go! The manager also allowed us a late check out due to a late flight back home.
