Easy and quick communication with the host. Easy check in. Location is great - lots of restaurants and bars nearby (which is better to reserve in advance). There is an elevator in the house. Hosts provided us with helpful information on where to park our car for free in advance. The cleaning lady came once to clean the apartment and refresh the towels in our 5 days stay, which was great. Small present on arrival.

The parking space is very close and it's cheap. Taxi od near as the bus stop. Restaurants and cafes are near as well as shops. It's a quiet establishment and honestly I can't in the evening and went around in the morning, My bunk bed was spacious and pleasant. Breakfast is basic; bread, cheese and ham, yogurt, juice, coffee, honey, Nutella, some sweets and fruits as well. Enough to start the day. The kitchen is spacious and has everything for a quick snack. It was pleasant to chat with the owner of the establishment as well. If you're looking for a place to end the day and start fresh, this is the place.

We were completely satisfied and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Boasting a year-round outdoor pool and a hot tub, Quinta da Casa Grande is set in Ponta Delgada, 16 km from Pico do Carvao and 27 km from Sete Cidades Lagoon. The room was very clean and comfortable, the territory was beautiful and well-maintained, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. I also appreciated the laundry facilities, which were very convenient. The staff were friendly and very helpful. It’s a beautiful place.
