We booked a one-bedroom apartment through Booking.com. At the time of booking, we did not receive any confirmation about whether the apartment would be pool-view or bay-view. However, in the property’s internal system it appeared as a bay-view (street-view) apartment, as if this had been our specific request. Although we had clearly asked for a quiet room, the street-facing apartment was unfortunately very noisy. Despite good soundproofing, there was road traffic and active construction directly opposite the building. We informed the management on our first morning, and they handled the situation immediately and very professionally. We were able to move to a pool-view one-bedroom apartment, which was extremely quiet. From that moment on, we had a truly restful and enjoyable stay. The apartment was very comfortable, with a great bed, excellent equipment, and everything we needed. Cleaning was done daily, towels were changed upon request, and fresh coffee capsules were provided every day. The staff were kind and helpful, and even when they were not physically present, they were always reachable with fast and efficient communication. The SPA was available by prior reservation and used privately, which was a real highlight for us. We used it several times and really enjoyed the private jacuzzi, Turkish bath, and sauna – a perfect way to relax. As we stayed during the low season, the property was very quiet, and parking was never an issue; there was always space available for our car. The location is excellent: just a few minutes’ walk to the city center and also very close to the ocean and the beach.

I loved how the breakfast was neatly putted on the counter. The view from the living room and the modern decor everywhere. The cleaning lady was super nice and friendly.

Stunning grounds, attentive and friendly staff, great amenities and location. Loved our time there with our one year old son, hope to return!

Matatagpuan 13 km mula sa Pico do Carvao sa Ponta Delgada, ang Azores Smart Studios ay naglalaan ng accommodation na may air conditioning at libreng WiFi. Attention to detail. Modern, cosy and comfortable, very clean studio. All you need to have an enjoyable vacation, also a great location to see all that Sao Miguel has to offer visitors.

Matatagpuan sa Angra do Heroísmo at maaabot ang Zona Balnear da Prainha sa loob ng 7 minutong lakad, ang Partenope Hostel and Suites ay naglalaan ng mga concierge service, mga allergy-free na kuwarto,... Partenope is in the center of Angra, near the botanical garden. The parking space is very close and it's cheap. Taxi od near as the bus stop. Restaurants and cafes are near as well as shops. It's a quiet establishment and honestly I can't in the evening and went around in the morning, My bunk bed was spacious and pleasant. Breakfast is basic; bread, cheese and ham, yogurt, juice, coffee, honey, Nutella, some sweets and fruits as well. Enough to start the day. The kitchen is spacious and has everything for a quick snack. It was pleasant to chat with the owner of the establishment as well. If you're looking for a place to end the day and start fresh, this is the place.

Matatagpuan ang Brum Design Apartments I sa Ponta Delgada, 12 km mula sa Pico do Carvao at nagtatampok ng naka-air condition na accommodation na may libreng WiFi, pati na rin access sa terrace. This is an excellent choice! Modern very clean apartment, with lots of light. Bedrooms have a very good size, beds are very confortable with spotless bedding, bathrooms are very clean, modern, spacious, with very good showers and clean towels. They provide shampoo, hair conditioner, bath gel and hand and body lotion. Kitchen includes a dishwasher and has everything you need to cook meals. It has a washer and dryer, a nice dining room and living room with patio and outdoor furniture to enjoy it. The location is excellent, on a very quiet street, very close to restaurants, with a supermarket 1 block away and close to touristic points. Even though I read comments that check in was difficult, for us was very easy, they send a code and it worked perfectly well. Staff (Miguel, Ana and Stacy) were always kind, helpful and responsive. Sonia, the cleaning lady was very kind and cheerful. Be aware that no staff physically works there, all communication is made through Booking or phone or Whatsap.

Nagtatampok ng mga tanawin ng lungsod, ang João de Oliveira casas de campo sa Santo António ay nagtatampok ng accommodation, outdoor swimming pool, hardin, shared lounge, terrace, at BBQ facilities. Thank you for your kindness and patience with the misunderstanding we had, we really appreciated it. We thoroughly enjoyed the house, it was spacious, spotless, and offered an incredible view.

Ana, the host is delightful and has created a beautiful and modern property. She is very helpful with great local knowledge and lots of thoughtful touches like stocking the fridge with essentials. Highly recommend.
