We booked a one-bedroom apartment through Booking.com. At the time of booking, we did not receive any confirmation about whether the apartment would be pool-view or bay-view. However, in the property’s internal system it appeared as a bay-view (street-view) apartment, as if this had been our specific request. Although we had clearly asked for a quiet room, the street-facing apartment was unfortunately very noisy. Despite good soundproofing, there was road traffic and active construction directly opposite the building. We informed the management on our first morning, and they handled the situation immediately and very professionally. We were able to move to a pool-view one-bedroom apartment, which was extremely quiet. From that moment on, we had a truly restful and enjoyable stay. The apartment was very comfortable, with a great bed, excellent equipment, and everything we needed. Cleaning was done daily, towels were changed upon request, and fresh coffee capsules were provided every day. The staff were kind and helpful, and even when they were not physically present, they were always reachable with fast and efficient communication. The SPA was available by prior reservation and used privately, which was a real highlight for us. We used it several times and really enjoyed the private jacuzzi, Turkish bath, and sauna – a perfect way to relax. As we stayed during the low season, the property was very quiet, and parking was never an issue; there was always space available for our car. The location is excellent: just a few minutes’ walk to the city center and also very close to the ocean and the beach.

The apartment felt really comfortable and well arranged. Being close to the airport it was a good way to end our trip. The appliances were all functioning and well maintained, and the jacuzzi was exceptional.

I loved how the breakfast was neatly putted on the counter. The view from the living room and the modern decor everywhere. The cleaning lady was super nice and friendly.

Loved this hostel! Iris, the owner, is so kind and present. Check in was super easy and I was able to check out late before my flight. The breakfast was wonderful and the rooms are really nice. My room had full bed bunk beds -- it was so nice to have a little bigger space to sleep after twin bed throughout the rest of my trip. The hostel is in a great location too and is super clean!

Everything was just perfect. Tasty breakfast. Awesome view. Very kind personnel. Next time we will visit Azores is a big chance we will stay here.

The room was very clean and comfortable, the territory was beautiful and well-maintained, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. I also appreciated the laundry facilities, which were very convenient. The staff were friendly and very helpful. It’s a beautiful place.

The apartment was very spacious and super clean, the kitchen is well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We've also enjoyed jakuzzi, sauna, and pool in the late evening.
