It's a small, very nice apartment, literally the best location you could ever have in Pattaya, near the beach, all the bars and best restaurants. The apartment has a great view of the city from the 25th floor. On the 31st floor there are sun beds with sea view, swimming pool, gym, social lounge with a pool table. You can do laundry as well if needed. You can hear some noise from the music and party outside in the evenings, but it's not annoying. The aircon is really good and quiet. The internet is stable and fast. The host is very friendly and answers quickly by phone if there's anything you need.

Mararating ang Pattaya Beach sa wala pang 1 km, ang Oasis Rentals, Diana Estate, Pattaya ay nag-aalok ng accommodation, restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, at hardin. I have been travelling to this place so many times, bet this oplace is so far above any other place I have stayed that its embarrassing. rooms perfect and perfectly equipped, location perfect but quiet, clean everywhere and lovely helpful staff. One thing needs to be mentioned its the beds, I havent slept an full night in 2 years because of hip pain, but I slept trough the nights like a baby, just amasing
