Mararating ang Pattaya Beach sa wala pang 1 km, ang Oasis Rentals, Diana Estate, Pattaya ay nag-aalok ng accommodation, restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, at hardin. Diana Estate is right in the middle of Soi Buakao so most things I need - nightlife, restaurants etc - were within walking distance. While being central, the estate is quiet and not much noise from the surrounding area filters in. The room was very nice - quite large, well laid out, with a desk where I could use my laptop, a comfortable sofa, and a basic kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave and a few dishes and cutlery. The estate has a very nice pool which I used a few times. Mew and David were always available and helpful. The room was cleaned every second day, which was fine for me
