Felt like we were on top of the island. Quite comfortable and great view. Make sure to have scooter rented. Ireene Scooter rental will bring you one and drop it off then pick it up when done. Comfortable beds, modern shower and bathroom design. Wonderful plunge pool built around a tree. Seeing this property in person is even better than in photos, which is rare to experience, as photos tend to be filtered and in the best possible perspective. The reality here is even better though! The staff was dialed in and absolutely service oriented. We had a small maintenance issue with the pool light and they responded quickly and professionally to resolve it. They also organized a scooter rental, taxi pick-up to/from the ferry and went above and beyond to make the transfers as smooth as possible. This will now be our home whenever we visit Koh Tao.

We had an excellent stay and were positively surprised by the villa. The privacy is absolute, the view just marvelous. It’s one of those places where you can truly fully relax unbothered and recharge your batteries. The attention to detail is also to be noticed. The personnel was lovely.

Really comfy and also great and responsive service. It is high in the hill but that’s normal if you are up for great sunset with a view on the bay.

Very friendly and helpful staff, helped us make transportation arrangements and snorkeling equipment rentals. Would definitely recommend when travelling in a group of 5 or 6.

Located on the hill of Sairee Beach, Monkey Flower Villas is a 5-minute walk to Sairee Beach. The property offers free Wi-Fi and many dining options. Beautiful property with stunning views. Staff is amazing and helpful, helped us organize everything throughout the week, drove our silly asses up and down the hill whenever we needed to go anywhere. Pool was lovely.

Koh Tao Heights Pool Villas is a 2-minute drive from Sairee Beach. It offers a spacious sea view villa with a private infinity pool and free WiFi. Our stay at Villa Sunset was absolutely magical. The views from the terrace were breathtaking – every sunset felt like it came straight from a postcard. The villa was clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped, perfect for a romantic and peaceful getaway. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful – we could rent scooters directly at the reception, which made getting around the island much easier (especially after we gave up on walking up the steep hill after 3 days!). Another plus was the option to order food from a restaurant with delivery – delicious food and fast service. During our stay, we were lucky enough to be visited by a local Thai gecko, who made an appearance twice. According to Thai proverbs, when a gecko calls out seven times, it brings good luck. So we’re hoping that means even more good fortune for us! If you’re looking for a place with privacy, amazing vibes, and unforgettable views, this is the spot. We’d happily return!
