Maria on Reception was so helpful and friendly. From welcome bottles of water to late check outs. She was always polite and caring and really looked after us. It is so refreshing to see someone use their initiative and problem solve rather than the usual ‘ computer says no’ response we have found in the past at other hotels. The price was exceptionally reasonable too. We would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.
