The host named Mr Vince was there to meet us and he took care of our every need. From arranging transport to shopping to booking excursions. He seemed to be on call 24/7 and what a nice guy,nothing was too much trouble.

The property is very well maintained and attended to. Its in the Altara Suites, which (I believe) is a common building with Four Points Sheraton. The apartment is located at a high floor with amazing views and close to the beach (although I did not visit it). I travelled with a young family and when we arrived it was bucketing down. Ruby (host) met us at the reception and was super helpful in getting us settled in. Edward, was constantly in touch via WhatsApp too. They are just amazing hosts! Assisting at every level! Great work, folks!! The house is beautifully kept, two very large rooms, one with ensuite, two bathrooms and a full kitchen. Do note, kitchen has all the utensils & cutlery but it does not have any essentials (barring tea, coffee) like milk, salt etc. However, that was hardly an issue. There is a mart (Nina Mart) right behind the property. For all the Aussie folks, its just like a fully furnished apartment you will get here locally. Hot water, Aircon, TVs, Apple TV, etc. etc. Whats more, even the house keeping lady came in bang on time! :-) There is a good swimming pool (free) + dining options (buffet, payable) + gym (payable). Lots of options to eat a short Grab drive, we never used the dining option. The property is 45mins drive from Bana Hills, about 20mins from Marble mountains and 50-55mins from Hoi An. Given we ran into rainy days and without this apartment, kids would have suffocated for space. This place and hosts are awesome! I don't do many reviews but not doing one here would be just wrong! PS - I took the pictures post kids had already having jumped around :-)

MK Riverside Apartment by Haviland er staðsett í Da Nang, 2 km frá My Khe-ströndinni og býður upp á loftkæld herbergi með ókeypis WiFi og alhliða móttökuþjónustu. The room was a spacious and it had an isolated subdivision which operated as bedroom, so it had and appartment feeling. Very comfy bed. Clean, super clean! The construction looks new. The hotel occupies some floors (I do not know how many) of an entire building. The room had a wonderful view into the city to the riverside. The city lights were great. Excellent Wi-FI. Very good smart TV. There was also a new fridge and a washing machine. Very good bathroom. No safe nor microwave (but we knew from the beginning when we chose the property, and it was not a deal-breaker). Ms. Luyen from the reception was very helpful and professional. She helped us with the taxis reservation from and to the airport and to the different locations around Da Nang. The taxi driver she got was very reliable and the prices were very fair (most of them the same as they appeared in Grab). The hotel is not located in the typical beach area, but we could reach it very easily by walking. This seemed indeed an advantage, as the area was quiter. You enter the building through a fine souvenirs shop with very beatifull handcrafted goods (very friendly staff here as well).
