Hotel seemed brand new and could not be faulted. Van at reception was helpful and friendly, as were all the other staff. Location was quiet but easy walking distance to the main attractions of Da Nang.

The Hem hotel is located in the centre, not far away from Dragon Bridge by foot and also very close the beach. Clean, lovely rooms equipped with everything needed, beautiful breakfast and amazing staff. We came earlier for check in, and while waiting for the room( not long) the lady brought us welcome drink - ice tea - very nice in that hot weather. Staff is very helpful, smiley and willing with everything. We also enjoyed nice roof pool and golf pitch. I recommend this hotel.

The staff were friendly, the girl helped me with Grab service. The cleaning ladies were nice, and they did good job.

There's nothing better than staying at this apartment. The luxurious and well-equipped interior makes you feel right at home. The stunning ocean view from the balcony and bedroom creates a relaxing and comfortable space. The host Edward is very friendly and supportive, making my stay truly memorable. The pool with its ocean view is the highlight of this apartment; I thoroughly enjoyed relaxing there. I will definitely come back again!
