However, they will arrange for someone to greet you upon arrival. If you need anything during your stay, you can easily reach them via phone or WhatsApp, and their response is always very prompt. Overall, I am very satisfied with this stay. Although it's a bit of a distance from the city center, it is completely manageable. In fact, it allows you to enjoy a peacefulness that is hard to find downtown, away from the hustle and bustle. The price is quite affordable, offering excellent value for money!

The host was very kind and friendly. My room was great, clean and had all the amenities I needed. The apartment is located near so many restaurants and cafes, serving local and international food. Ho Tay (The West Lake) is just less than 5 minutes walk, you can walk along the pavement or sit in one of the many cafes to enjoy the sight. There's also Winmart (convenience store) nearby should you need any daily necessities.
