The 4-star Four Points by Sheraton Bur Dubai features a rooftop swimming pool and free Wi-Fi in all areas. Located on Mankhool Road, it is 2 km from the World Trade Centre. Very good rooms and very clean, good breakfast and good location near train stations, as i always stay at this hotel when i visit Dubai.
