The staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond my expectations. Their professionalism and warmth truly elevated my stay. Breakfast was exceptional, with great variety and quality. Overall, the service was superb. This is genuinely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional experience. Haris, one of the staff members, went above and beyond to make our stay incredibly pleasant. I don’t have enough words to express how wonderful he was, along with the rest of the team. Their exceptional service and genuine hospitality truly made our experience unforgettable.

Located along Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, Four Points by Sheraton features an outdoor pool and WiFi access. Emirates Towers Metro Station is just 3 minutes’ walk from the hotel. They prepared something for my birthday and upgraded my room, all because I was there on my birthday. Their care and service is exceptional. It meant a lot to me. Thank you to all the staff!

The 4-star Four Points by Sheraton Bur Dubai features a rooftop swimming pool and free Wi-Fi in all areas. Located on Mankhool Road, it is 2 km from the World Trade Centre. The room was spacious,clean and furnished with personal hygienes.

Situated on a private white sand beach in Dubai Marina, Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort invites you to experience our newly renovated rooms and suites, a modernized lobby, an upgraded Club Lounge with... Husain in the hotel reception is excellent man, he is a very professional and very friendly , next time I will stay in Sherston because of the way I see Husain dealing with hotel guests. The hotel is lucky to have someone like Husain.
