Experience the best of Seminyak at Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Seminyak. I love how welcoming Gita was the night I checked in. I had a terrible experience in a villa nearby and had to run away to a safer accommodation. Gita was patient and so helpful to process my booking and check the room. There was another colleague, o forgot her name, but she brought me a drink, that was so nice also! The room was clean and smelled good. Facilities were working as intended. The rainshower head had amazing pressure, the tub was clean. Housekeeping staff was respectful and so efficient Room service, Demas, was also very nice and helped me place an order when mine was mixed up. The pool area was great too, plenty of lounging space. Pool was cleaned early morning. Every hotel staff was helpful and so polite.
